How do we do it?
Very simple: we only charge you for what you need and what you actually use, plus our small margin. We put all our effort into offering you the best price with the speed and quality of service you deserve, so we can meet our goal of lowering your bill. And we're so sure of it that there is no lock-in period, no penalties and no services you don't need. You are free to leave whenever you want, although once you're a customer we're sure you won't even consider it.
Can I sign up with Solwe anywhere in Spain?
Right now we only operate across mainland Spain, but we're working to bring you all the energy you need in the Balearic and Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
Do you also offer gas?
It's something we have in mind and we'll be offering it very soon. Good things are worth the wait.
What rates does Solwe offer?
Our model is clear, simple and transparent. We offer you power and energy always at a fair price, plus a fee of €1.99 + VAT/month. From there you can choose between two rates: one with a variable price and one with a hybrid price. We recommend the variable rate, where the price changes every month, because in the long run it usually works out cheaper. But if you'd rather pay the same price every month without worrying about ups and downs, you have the hybrid-price option. It's your call. If you're a business you're in luck: we're specialists and we want to get to know you a little better so we can give you the best possible rate based on your consumption and your needs, also with a variable or hybrid option. Every company is unique, and that's why we want to give you a unique rate. Send us your bill and we'll get in touch as soon as possible.
How can I switch to Solwe?

Remember that as well as a bill you'll need to give us your bank account number and a copy of your ID. From there it's just a matter of choosing the rate that suits you best, and we take care of the rest.
What happens if there's a blackout or a fault?
The distributor owns the infrastructure: the cables that reach your home, the meter, its readings and the quality of the supply. If there's a fault in your area, the fastest route is to report it to your distributor, since they're the ones who will fix it. Afterwards, if you're not happy with their answer, you can call us and we'll try to help. You'll find your distributor's phone number on your bill. Here are the five largest.
