Our model is clear, simple and transparent. We offer you power and energy always at a fair price, plus a fee of €1.99 + VAT/month. From there you can choose between two rates: one with a variable price and one with a hybrid price. We recommend the variable rate, where the price changes every month, because in the long run it usually works out cheaper. But if you'd rather pay the same price every month without worrying about ups and downs, you have the hybrid-price option. It's your call. If you're a business you're in luck: we're specialists and we want to get to know you a little better so we can give you the best possible rate based on your consumption and your needs, also with a variable or hybrid option. Every company is unique, and that's why we want to give you a unique rate. Send us your bill and we'll get in touch as soon as possible.
How can I switch to Solwe?
It's quick and easy: fill in our form and attach a bill. Or call our freephone number 900 908 768, or email info@solwenergia.com. Remember that as well as a bill you'll need to give us your bank account number and a copy of your ID. From there it's just a matter of choosing the rate that suits you best, and we take care of the rest.
Do you have physical offices?
Not at the moment, because we want to give you the fairest price on the market and that means betting on digitalisation. But don't worry, our freephone number is always available to help you and handle anything you need quickly and smoothly.
How long does switching to Solwe take?
The legal limit is a maximum of 21 days, although it really depends on your distributor. In our experience, Endesa takes around 8-10 days, Iberdrola 8-10 days, and Gas Natural Fenosa tends to run right up to the legal limit.
Is there really no lock-in period?
As you know, we're transparent and straightforward, so we'll say it again: no, there is no lock-in period, no penalties, no strange clauses and no unbelievable discounts. You can leave whenever you want, and if another company makes you a better offer we'll match it. As you can see, we don't want you to go, even though we know that once you're a customer you won't want to leave.
